Eid Celebration Support – Kabul Province

In celebration of Eid, OHSO Organization conducted a major distribution initiative aimed at providing festive packages to 300 families in need across Kabul Province. This program was designed to bring both practical assistance and a sense of joy to families who face economic hardship, allowing children and their households to fully participate in the holiday celebrations.

Each recipient family received a carefully assembled package consisting of 4 meters of fabric, one kilogram of chocolates, one kilogram each of chickpeas, pasta, raisins, and pumpkin seeds, in addition to 300 Afghanis in cash as Eid allowance. By combining essential food items with traditional and festive elements, the program sought to address immediate needs while also creating a meaningful and joyful experience for the families during Eid.

This large-scale initiative reflects OHSO Organization’s dedication to supporting vulnerable communities and fostering social solidarity during culturally significant occasions. Through these efforts, OHSO aims to ensure that children and families not only receive material support but also experience the happiness, dignity, and communal spirit that Eid represents.

OHSO Organization extends heartfelt appreciation to all donors and partners whose generosity made this program possible. Thanks to their support, 300 families received essential goods and celebratory treats, spreading relief, hope, and the joy of Eid to those most in need.
